Use a strong light, even it drowns out your LEDs/ tubes. Makes it easier to see.
And the picture is pixalated. Depending on the camera, you might want to try not using a digital zoom. It might also have been set up to a smaller setting. I'm not sure, can't tell by the data.
Up to you if you'd like to take the suggestions or not, it looks like a nice PC. I'm stuck with some drab looking ones, but when you're running computers that were meant for power more then anything else, it's not a worry.
